Meet Amy Cordell, daughter of founders Marvin and Kathryn, who grew up immersed in the daily operations of the family business. Her earliest memories are filled with pallets and forklifts, as she learned the ins and outs of logistics from a young age.

In 2013, she formally joined the company, determined to honor her family’s legacy while positioning the business for the future.

Today, Amy leads with genuine care for her team and partners. Her leadership reflects her core values: integrity, hard work, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Under her guidance, the company continues to evolve while staying rooted in the principles that built it.
