50 Years of Trusted Logistics, Built on Family Values

Since 1975, we’ve been delivering flexible warehousing solutions with unmatched service and Midwest grit.

Founded in 1975 by Marvin & Katheryn Taylor after leaving service in Vietnam, Industrial Warehouse Enterprises Incorporated began as a humble operation focused on personalized service and reliability. Over the decades, we’ve grown into one of Kansas City’s most trusted third-party logistics (3PL) providers—serving clients nationwide while staying true to our family-owned roots.

Our longevity isn’t an accident. It’s the result of hard work, a commitment to doing the right thing, and treating our customers like partners—not transactions. As a family-run business, every interaction matters to us. When you call, we answer. When challenges arise, we solve them. That’s how we’ve earned our reputation.

Our roots run deep in Kansas City.

We find success by going above and beyond to meet your needs with efficiency, reliability, and integrity. We ensure every partner’s products look perfect before they reach the customer.

The Next Generation

Meet Amy Cordell, daughter of founders Marvin and Kathryn, who grew up immersed in the daily operations of the family business. Her earliest memories are filled with pallets and forklifts, as she learned the ins and outs of logistics from a young age.

In 2013, she formally joined the company, determined to honor her family’s legacy while positioning the business for the future.

Today, Amy leads with genuine care for her team and partners. Her leadership reflects her core values: integrity, hard work, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Under her guidance, the company continues to evolve while staying rooted in the principles that built it. Amy’s story is not just about carrying on a legacy—it’s about taking the company into the future.
